    Pointer Dogs can make good pets in New Zealand if they match your IifestyIe. The English Pointer is a proud, elegant hunting dog. Pointers are good with children and devoted to their families. Pointers need to be with people and need to be socialized as puppies. Some Pointers can be skittish or aloof. Pointers need plenty of exercise and activity to be happy and healthy. This breed is best for a home with lots of open land.
