Hello there, my name is Lucy. I was found as a stray, taken to a shelter, and was hours away from euthanasia when I was rescued by ARR. I am a sweet girl, who can by shy at first, but doesn't take much time to come around and get comfortable in my surroundings. Certain noises, (particularly loud ones), startle me, so a calm environment might be the most helpful in my transition to a new home. I get along with other dogs of all sizes, and enjoy playing with stuffed animals, squeaky toys, and kongs. I'm motivated by food and treats such as bones or biscuits. I sometimes like to throw my stuffed toys around and entertain myself when in a ... (Read More)playful kind of mood! I like to sleep in bed with my foster mom and cuddle on the couch when watching TV. I need to go to a home where I will get daily walks and exercise - hanging out in the yard is not enough for me! And although, I like my walks, I am very mellow at home with my family. I can jump a 6' privacy fence, so although I know how to use a dog door, it isn't recommended, until you know I can be trusted. I think the web admins of ARR ought to mark Intelligent as one of my star qualities. I'm a gentle and calm girl, with a bit of spunk and a playful side, and I am looking for my forever home. If you would like to meet me, please fill out an online app today! Adoption fee is $225 and covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, Heart Worm test and spay/neuter. Adoption fees also allow us to continue saving animals. Please email for more information, as we can not accept calls at this time. Since I may be a Pitbull mix, I can't be adopted or fostered in the following banned areas: Denver, Aurora, Castle Rock, Commerce City, Ft Lupton, Lone Tree, or Louisville. (Less)

Hi, my name is Layla and I am a very loving and friendly collie/pointer mix? I am very loving and affectionate with people and I do great with other dogs. I love to play and wrestle and I am very high energy. My former owners said I had separation anxiety so I would probably do better in a house with another dog to play with so I don't get lonely. I am learning to walk on a leash along with my basic commands and Camp Bow Wow offers continued training. I do great around children and other dogs but I've never been tested with cats before. I would love to be your hiking or running partner if you can keep up! If you would like to meet me ... (Read More)please contact Camp Bow Wow. (Less)
